Mott Hall Bronx HS Graduation (Rental)

Event Description:

Rehearsal 6/18 External guests expected - 80 students, 3 staff from Mott Hall Bronx High School. They will arrive in small groups mostly through Post 2. Parking required for 1 staff member. High school graduation attended by 80-85 students, family members (5 tickets per graduate) and school staff. Expected attendance: 500 max. Seating in the balcony is not allowed. Schedule: 8:30am: Staff arrive to setup in Auditorium. Holding for students in Rotunda. 9:30am: Staff to collect tickets outside GML 10:00am-11:45am: Ceremony 11:45am-12:00pm: Breakdown & exit 2 mics, projector/screen, laptop required. Presentations to be shown via Google slides and Apple movie, plus songs on Apple music Can tech arrive by 8:45am? External guests expected Parking allowed - client has rented Patterson Lot No access to balcony Lights required for GML stairs
