Fordham Leadership Academy Graduation (Rental)

Event Description:

High school graduation attended by approx. 100 students, family members (4 tickets per graduate) and school staff. Expected attendance: approx. 450-500. Seating in the balcony is not allowed. SCHEDULE: 3:00pm: Senior Advisors/Support staff arrive 3:30pm: Graduates begin arriving. Holding in Rotunda 4:30pm: Open door for families to enter. Staff outside GML to collect tickets. 5:00pm: Start of ceremony 7:30pm: End of ceremony 8:00pm: Exit DECORATIONS Balloon arch onstage PPS GML Auditorium – Onstage - 11 chairs, 2 rectangular tables, podium. Outside GML - 1 table and 3 chairs outside of the building for check in AV Two mics, one on each side of the stage. Projector/screen & laptop for Senior Montage presentation. PUBLIC SAFETY External guests expected External balloon vendor expected Parking for staff allowed (15 spots) No access to balcony Lights required for GML stairs No helium balloons allowed No food or drink in the auditorium Rehearsal - 6/21 (100 people) External guests expected.
