Annual Run the Bronx 10k & 5k run & 2k walk 5:00am: Staff arrive to setup 6:30am: Volunteers arrive 7:00am: Registration opens in CO-LL 8:15am: Run Pavillion opens under Meister Sponsor breakfast opens in 1st Floor Cafe 9:15am: PeeWee race on the quad 9:45am: Welcome remarks on RBSC patio 10:00am: Race starts 11:30am: Award ceremonies in front of GML AV - RBSC patio: Mic/speakers and laptop for music Outside GML: Mic/speakers Set up required at 7am Podium and 1 rectangular table for AV outside RBSC . 3 tables outside GML for AV & awards 20 tables outside Meister for Run Pavillion CO-LL - rectangular table setup for packet distribution
