Crotona International High School Graduation (Rental)

Event Description:

Rehearsal 6/20 - 50 students, 3 staff expected High school graduation attended by approx. 50 students, family members (9 tickets per graduate) and school staff. Expected attendance: approx. 550. Seating in the balcony is not allowed. Auditorium is expected to be full. The school will have ushers to ensure all seats are filled. SCHEDULE: 7:00-9:00am: Setup in Auditorium. Student holding in Rotunda. 9:00-9:30am: Auditorium opens for seating. Ticket collection outside GML 9:30-11:30am: Ceremony 11:30am-12:00pm: Breakdown & exit DECORATIONS GML Auditorium stage - Floral arrangements. They will bring their own flags. Possibly a balloon arch. Outside GML – backdrop for photos will be setup. PPS GML Auditorium – Podium, 9 chairs, 1 rectangular table and US Flag onstage. Client will rearrange as needed. 1 table/2 chairs in the back of the auditorium. Exterior GML – 1 table/2 folding chairs for ticket collection Rotunda – Banquet setup with 10 rounds/60 chairs. AV Students will enter to Pomp & Circumstance 1 mic on the podium. Projector (located on the stage instead of the cart if possible), screen. They’ll be showing a video and slideshow. No musical performances.
