Media Department Film Shoot

Event Description:

The BCC Media and Digital Film Club will be shooting a music video in GML Rotunda on 2/28. Load-in and setup on 2/27. Access required to the rooms at the top of the stairs outside the Rotunda. No access allowed to the Rotunda balcony. Jeff will send a list of participating BCC students to Public Safety. Media Department CLT Ingvar Denis will supervise all students involved in the production. Public Safety, please monitor GML regularly Rotunda should be cleared of furniture Please note, there will be no custodial staff onsite after 5pm on Saturday. Custodians will check GML and remove garbage before they leave but Ingvar and the students are responsible for making sure any additional garbage is bagged up and placed by the trash cans outside GML at the end of the shoot.
