Career Fair featuring potential employers. External guests expected - list to follow. Please allow parking. 12/7 - Half of the dividers setup in front of windows to separate food area Half of the dividers set up across the room near vending machines - see floorplan 5/2 - 4 rectangular tables/8 chairs by windows to GML. 2 tables/6 chairs opposite them. 2 tables/6 chairs in front of white box. 2 tables for food between 1010A & 1010B doors. 30 tables/60 chairs in rows for vendors. 2 rectangles for food, 2 rounds with 12 chairs behind dividers. Floorplan to follow. 3 rounds/18 folding chairs be setup on the patio External guests expected - approx. 25 employers - details to follow. Please allow parking and access to CO-LL to unload if required External catering expected from MBJ at 10:30am
