Nursing Pinning Ceremony

Event Description:

Pinning ceremony for graduating nursing students AV to provide a video camera to stream the ceremony over Zoom. Note, Nursing staff must create and send the Zoom invitation and monitor the chat during event if required. Note, candle lighting is part of the ceremony The events office has loaned the nursing department 5 green and 5 black tablecloths. All tablecloths must be returned clean to the office by 5/28. Nursing students may have access to the Playhouse, 4-6pm, on 5/22 to decorate. Please don't touch the curtains or any of the equipment backstage. Permission has been granted for balloons (no single helium balloons allowed) and wall decorations secured with painters tape.
