Event Description:
Rental for Legacy College Prep attended by 500 students and staff 8:30am-9:00am - staff arrive to setup. Please allow access to GML auditorium to unload. 9:45am: Staff & students arrive in 13 buses. Parking required in Student Lot. 10am-11:15am: Programming in GML Auditorium 11:15am-11:30am: Students return to buses and depart 11:30am-12:00pm: Staff breakdown setup & exit External guests expected - 500 staff & students from Legacy College Prep HS. Parking required for about 13 school buses in student lot.
