Reconnect/NYSOP Meet and Greet

Event Description:

The NYSOP Student Networking & Information Session is a meet-and-greet for current participants to connect, learn about upcoming initiatives and resources through the Reconnect Office, and engage with program staff. Students will have the opportunity to network, build community, and ask questions in a welcoming, open-house environment designed to strengthen connections and support the NYSOP student network. Please note, AV will set up the portable speaker in the lobby on Monday and pick it up on Friday. Enrollment Management will be responsible for the speaker for the rest of the week and should take it back to their offices every evening. Please advise AV where to pick up the speaker on Friday. AV - please ensure Enrollment Management has the charging cable for the speaker. Note, the furniture in the lobby can't be moved so the setup will need to take place around it. PPS - 5 cocktail tables will need to be brought up to the lobby from room 1010 in the lower level.
