Bronx EOC Graduation

Event Description:

Schedule: 9:00-10:00am – Set-up and rehearsal 10:00-11:00am – Students line up on the quad. Graduates and guests arrive. Check-in on the patio in front of GML. 11:00am-12:30pm – Graduation Ceremony 12:30pm-1:00pm – Breakdown and exit 150 graduates receiving 2 guest tickets each. Total expected attendance is 540 EOC distributed tickets which will be collected at the table - CHECK Tickets were distributed and will be collected at the table on the patio/in the back of the auditorium - TO BE CONFIRMED. No guests are allowed in the balcony Bronx Borough President Vanessa Gibson is expected VIP parking to be coordinated directly with Public Safety. Guest names to be emailed by 6/11. VIP spots to be reserved in East Lot. All other cars to be directed to Patterson. Approximately 25 faculty/staff cars expected - TO BE CONFIRMED. Parking was not offered to any guests. Garbage can requested next to the check-in table on the patio Decorations - flowers onstage. No external vendors expected AV - no presentations will be shown. Please move the screen to the back of the stage and open the window blind. Play 'Pomp & Circumstance' during student procession and the National Anthem when requested. Run of show and additional music to be provided. Ceremony to be livestreamed. EOC to provide all equipment and staff. Access allowed to the balcony for camera set up and operation. Students will line up outside on the quad. If it rains, they will move to the Rotunda.
